Blue Moon Consortium, Inc. is the parent company to seven entities that have one collective mission in mind: “To serve Small to Medium Businesses with business finance document preparation services in order to qualify for access to alternative, private and crowd-based securities for start-up and growth capital.”  


Our services include, but are not limited to:  qualification and vetting process, business plan development, market research analysis, validation of claims and due diligence, business valuations, pro forma forecast development, financial virtual data room development and management, loan documents, securities forms, accredited investor documentation, private placement documentation, presentation materials, canvas business model formulation and design and 1-Page tombstones.  We also operate funding portal launches through two websites for virtual fundraising, both crowd and intermediary accredited platforms.  Through our strategic partners, we also offer investor marketing services, website development, branding packages, logo design, and crowd fund portal development.  And finally, we operate a full-service business incubator that provides subject matter expertise, office space, resources and management to launch start-ups or facilitate turn-arounds.

About Us

Blue Moon Advisors’ internal team and external network of advisors prepare businesses to be “fund ready” by coordinating the development, validation and data room management of business finance documents for Equity Based Crowd Funding, and other forms of capital.  Within the Blue Moon advisor network are consultants, business planners, financial analysts, attorneys, accountants, graphic designers and others available to collaborate in order to help companies become “fund ready.”

We are currently seeking a savvy, self starter with a combination of management & brokering skills to set up Canadian branch office and operations in Toronto (Yonge & 401), with a main objective to target companies that want to go public.

Role & Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieve branch targeted revenue and surplus
  • Research the financial markets
  • Consult investment analysts
  • Report to your clients
  • Monitor your clients’portfolios
  • Pitch for new clients
  • Provide advice and recommendations
  • Monitor all USA, Canadian and foreign stock market performance
  • Marketing themselves to potential clients
  • Take initiatives for building brand in the locality
  • Achieve expansion of client base
  • Achieve client profitability
  • Ensure communication of Head Office strategy to all at Branch.
  • Any other special initiatives taken

  • A post secondary degree or diploma in either accounting, business, finance and economic preferred
  • Experience in the cannabis industry considered an asset
  • At least 2 - 4 years working experience as Branch Manager in a Brokering Firm
  • Have a great market understanding and well networked in the market

History of our Companies

While the Blue Moon Consortium, Inc. is a recently registered enterprise, the development, planning and leadership operating the Consortium started in 1995.  The CEO of Blue Moon Consortium, Tony Drexel Smith, started TD Smith & Associates as a business plan writing service.  In 2006, the Company was formalized and incorporated in California after hiring the first five employees.  By 2008, the company grew to 32 full-time employees and launched a business brokerage, real estate brokerage and business Incubator.  This included TD Smith & Associates, SoCalBizOps and SUMATICI, Inc.  In January of 2015, the Company moved to Las Vegas and all the entities were merged into one known as US Business Incubator, Inc.  Throughout 2015 and 2016, the company leadership planned for the eventual advent of funding portals, crowd funding and other intermediary finance services.  To that end, as of February 1, 2016, the group of companies was formed under the parent brand now known as “Blue Moon Consortium.”
